A particular allotment of the Due Pini vineyards is suited to produce a high quality Chiaretto. It is a vineyard surrounded by a wood, which protects it from external contamination, without obstructing the exposure to the sun. The soil is rich in rocks and stones and its structure is mainly sandy. These particular features, together with the age of the vines of more than 40 years old, allow us to get a very tasty Chiaretto. This vineyard contains the grapes varieties necessary to get the classification. It is the main wine of our land, the Garda Bresciano, and for this reason it plays a very important role in our production. We really love it and we work to improve its quality year on year. This organic Chiaretto can be drunk as aperitiv or during the meal. It is a wine of great versatility. Intense fruity notes, together with the flavour and a good structure, create a balanced wine with rose raspberry blackberry and currant aromas. Rosè wines are different from the others: somebody loves them and somebody considers them second level wines. The Due Pini Chiaretto is considered an eclectic intense distinctive and ambitious wine, and difficult to obtain! There are different winemaking techniques to produce this Chiaretto, but the important is to maintain the typical characteristics of this kind of wine.
