It is a moderately alcoholic wine, easily drinkable. In this young wine we tried to prefer some characteristics like freshness and lightness, with nuances of white flowers, and white or yellow pulp fruits. It is a balanced wine, but far from banal. In the mouth it is tasty balanced and very elegant. Beyond the regulation for organic wine production, we use a very low quantity of sulphites, highly below the minimum threshold for white organic wines.
